It’s neat to see the attendee list for the Wine Bloggers Conference begin to take shape from year to year.
Each conference is a mix of dedicated bloggers who make the trek to each destination, new wine bloggers, and regional bloggers who’s passion for their local wine region is evident and inspiring. All come to network, learn, and experience the wines and to visit the local wine region.
The 2013 attendee list is now published and can be found on our participants page.
On Twitter? If so, you can follow a list of attendees that have twitter accounts too.
The list will be updated on a regular basis as registrations keep coming in and the conference fills up. Please check out everyone’s blogs and websites as we get ready to all meet in person in Penticton.
Many have been curious about attendance numbers this year. Our 2012 conference in Portland was our largest conference so far, and we do not expect to see the 350 people who joined us there to make it up to Canada this year. We are on track, however, for this 2013 wine bloggers conference to meet and/or exceed Walla Walla (2010) and possibly Virginia (2011) registration numbers.
Attendees this year are traveling from far distances to join us and to experience the wine region of the Okanagan. This year’s destination doesn’t just offer beautiful wines but also offers up beautiful vistas and country, and we’re excited to have this community of wine bloggers together in Penticton for a first-hand look.
