Editor’s Note: On Saturday morning at WBC13 from 9:30 we will have two “block sessions” of content lasting 2.5 hours each. We are excited to provide this opportunity to present in-depth sessions, one on Learning to Be a Wine Judge and one on Videography, Photography, and Podcasting. Lisa Mattson from Jordan Winery is the moderator of the latter panel and writes below with a request for those of you attending to provide some feedback in advance of the panel.
Videography. Photography. Podcasting. Three great storytelling mediums will be combined into one in-depth session on Saturday morning at this year’s Wine Bloggers Conference. As moderator for this workshop, I’m excited to help three very talented artists—Monique Soltani of Wine Oh.TV, Luke Whittall of Wine Country BC, and Melissa Voth McHugh of Voth Photography—share their skills and expertise.
We’re all pumped to learn from each other while giving hands-on overviews of our passions for these mediums, and we are confident the only way to make this the most comprehensive, fun and useful session for all attendees is to get some valuable feedback from attendees before we touch down in Penticton.
If you are planning to attend our workshop, please take a moment to answer a few brief questions in this survey by this Sunday, June 2. Only a couple of the questions are required (as noted by an asterisk). We look forward to your feedback. See you in Penticton!

Lisa Mattson manages The Journey of Jordan blog for Jordan Winery. She is a writer, videographer, photographer, marketer, publicist and soon-to-be novelist. Her first book, “The Exes in My iPod: A Playlist of the Men Who Rocked Me to Wine Country,” debuts this summer.
I think the hardest thing during the conference will be deciding which breakout sessions to choose – so many great options.
