by Southern Highlands Food & Wine Association
Extend your conference experience by embarking on a short trip to the Southern Highlands and South Coast areas of NSW. These regions produce some of Australia’s leading wines, with vineyards set in the most scenic parts of Australia as well as award winning produce and dining experiences on offer.
Included in the trip is a visit to the oldest vineyard in the region in historic Joadja, ‘Meet the Maker’ visits to Cuttaway Hill, Cherry Tree Hill, Artemis Wines, Tertini and Centennial vineyards and diverse culinary experiences at the Highlands fine dining establishments as well as a BBQ at Farm Club Australia.
On the last day, you will be given the opportunity to see some of the exquisite landscape around Fitzroy Falls, Morton National Park and Kangaroo Valley on your way to the South Coast and Coolangatta Estate before returning to Sydney.
As the closest wine region to Sydney, it is certainly packed with cultural heritage, small villages, breathtaking scenery, award winning produce, wines and culinary destinations. This opportunity is an ideal way to taste the region.
