In 1984 Angela started the winery from scratch, with just 9 hectares of land. 35 years later her portfolio of wines represent diverse terroirs with the most important grape varietals of the region.channels.

The Oregon Wine Board is a semi-independent Oregon state agency managing marketing, research and education initiatives that support and advance the Oregon wine and wine grape industry. This tasting will consist of one biodynamic wine from each of two producers and a discussion about the biodynamic winemaking process in Oregon. Our participating wineries are Troon Vineyard and Winderlea Vineyard and Winery. Wines will be pre-shipped to your house and this session is limited to the first 20 media sign-ups who are registered attendees of WMC21. Clark Smith started the WineSmith project in 1993, specializing in Eurocentric forgeries and oddities. He explores winemaking techniques and styles new and old. Their team runs our tiny winery and coaches over a hundred small wineries on all practical aspects of this dizzyingly complex business. Clark has taught Fundamentals of Modern Wine Chemistry to over 4,000 winemakers since 1984.
