We have only 122 rooms reserved at the host hotel, the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott. These rooms will sell out well in advance. Please see below for details on the conference hotel and three overflow options.

Just called the Marriott and they are officially sold out of rooms- he said the entire hotel was completely full.
The Wine Bloggers Conference has sold out every year, five in a row, except last year when we moved it to Canada and the travel difficulties reduced attendance. It is very likely to sell out again.

Hi, Jeff! Sorry to hear of your issues making the reservation. We do have our group rate available three days prior and three days after the conference, and I can confirm that breakfast is included at the $149 room rate; you just need to add this at check-in. Thanks!
Thanks for the info! Just made a reservation at the Marriott but the rate was only available for the three nights of the conference–could not book a couple nights earlier. Also, they said that breakfast was not included….
